GXO Logistics and Agility Robotics announced on 26 Oct 2026 an expanded agreement that adds Digit at GXO sites in Statesville, North Carolina, and Lebanon, Tennessee. Churchill Capital Corp XI filed the release, which it attributes to GXO, with the SEC as a Form 425 on the same day. According to the release, Digit is to support e-commerce fulfillment at the two sites, taking on “highly repetitive material-handling tasks.”
The release says: “Deployments are expected to begin in early 2027 using Digit 4 and will migrate to Digit 5 when it becomes commercially available.” It gives no robot count, no contract term and no contract value.
At GXO’s Flowery Branch, Georgia, facility, where the two companies signed a multi-year Robots-as-a-Service agreement in June 2024, Digit has moved “more than 100,000 totes,” according to the same release.
The two new sites are an agreement today, not a deployment. The Digit (gen 4) card on Robopear is not changed by this item.
