Privacy
Robopear sets no cookies, has no accounts, no newsletter and no advertising. Reading the site, using the cost calculator and downloading the data need no personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. The light or dark theme you pick is kept in your browser's local storage under one key and never leaves your device. The cost calculator runs in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent anywhere.
Page counts
Page views may be counted with privacy-friendly analytics that set no cookies and store no personal identifiers. Such counts record the page, the referring site, and the browser and screen type in aggregate. They are used to see which pages are read, not to follow a person.
Server logs
Like any web server, the hosting provider records requests: IP address, time, requested address, browser user agent and response code. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, are kept for a limited period, and are not combined with other data.
Requests to other services
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google's servers. No other third-party code, trackers or embeds run on the pages. Links to vendor sites, filings and datasets open those sites, which have their own policies; they receive Robopear's address as the referring origin.
Messages to hello@robopear.com are read to answer them and to correct data. The address and message are kept only as long as needed for that, are not added to any mailing list, and are not sold or shared. Corrections are logged by record and field, without the sender's name.
Your rights
You can ask what personal data Robopear holds about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@robopear.com with the subject “Privacy request”. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Governing law
This policy and the use of the site are governed by the law of Portugal. Changes to this page are dated in the line under the title.
