NEURA Robotics introduced Neuron AI on 14 Oct 2026, describing it as a “multimodal foundation model for Physical AI.” The model combines 3D vision, touch, audio, robot state, language and memory, and runs across five NEURA robot embodiments with their grippers and hands. Schaeffler and Bosch contribute training data, according to the release.
NEURA says its 4NE1 humanoid performs “an eleven-minute laundry-handling sequence with the current version of Neuron AI” at NVIDIA GTC Berlin, at Station-Berlin from 20 to 22 Oct 2026, and describes the run as “without human intervention.” The release names “Time-to-Skill” as its progress measure but publishes no benchmark figures or success rates.
The autonomy of the demonstration is the company’s statement; no independent record of the run is published. The 4NE1 card on Robopear stays at “claimed” until there is evidence beyond the vendor’s own description.
