Agility Robotics announced Digit 5 on 15 Sep 2026. The company gives these figures: a payload of up to 50 lb (22.7 kg), which it puts at 40% more than Digit 4; a 90-minute battery that charges in 9 minutes, a 10:1 run-to-charge ratio against 2:1 on Digit 4; a weight of 284 lb (129 kg); a height of 5 ft 11 in (1.81 m); and a reach of up to 7.2 ft (2.2 m), up from 5.5 ft on Digit 4.
Agility says that as of May 2026 it had “more than $300 million in multi-year customer orders for Digit 5,” subject to contractual milestones. The release gives the first half of 2027 for the first customer units and the end of 2027 for general availability. Churchill Capital Corp XI filed the same text with the SEC as a Form 425 on 15 Sep 2026.
All figures above are vendor figures and have not been measured independently. The Digit 5 card on Robopear stays at “claimed”: no Digit 5 shipments have been published, and the Digit 4 card is unchanged.
